Justin's 1974 NASCAR Matador
This 1974 Matador that has been in my family since it was new. This car only had 22,000 miles on the original automatic 6 banger. It now boasts a 366 CI w/a Borg Warner 4 speed. The glove box door has been signed by Bobby Allison. It has the AMC logo style paint job that really makes it unique. A special thanks to Bruce Gordon (paint, body and assembly) for all his dedication to my project and also a very special thanks to Rick Jones (engine) and Frank Kocinski (fabrication and technical advice).
Justin and the "Matador" at his first all AMC show. (placed 1st in class) And this was the very first day out of the garage.
This is engine and tire test day.
366 Cubic Inches of raw power built by Rick Jones of Blissfield Mich. (The BEST AMC engine builder I know)
